UPDATE: Source: Rosneft to offer 30 bln rbl bonds on Monday

MOSCOW, Apr 1 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Rosneft plans to collect bids for 30 billion rubles 10-year of exchange bonds on Monday, a banking source told PRIME.
The company will offer 10 billion rubles of series 002R-06 and 20 billion rubles of series 002R-07, the source said.
The coupon guidance was set at 8.7% annually, which corresponds to an 8.99% annual yield to 5-year put. The issues carry quarterly coupons.
Rosneft will accept bids from noon till 1:00 p.m. Moscow time.
Russian Regional Development Bank will act as the organizer.
The technical placement of the bonds is scheduled for Friday.
